So Yesterday September 4th we did another all day Self Defence course which was again very successful and everyone gave us good feedback.
We now look forward to the next course at the end of the month which is a six week course in Kesgrave.
We also have started to advertise in the Felixstowe Flyer and had an article published with them his month, see below.
