Aimee and I undertook the Self Defence Federation (SDF) instructor course on weapons today, taught by Michael Footer. Michael has taught us all of the instructor courses that the SDF/ASMAA offer. During this course we covered dealing with knives, bats, chains and a variety of other weapons and situations that could occur. We will be now using what we have learnt on future courses that we run. We have now completed six instructor courses and hold the title of Chief Instructors under the SDF/ ASMAA.
