So During November we had another successful Ladies Self Defence course.
We also had a free Anti Bullying session at Felixstowe college which went well after we had to reschedule due to too many illnesses the first time.
Then we got the chance to run the free Anti Bullying for a small group at Felixstowe Academy. Again we had a great time with good feedback. We hope to be doing more at the Academy soon.
