Sensei Jason Fitzpatrick, 5th Dan Goshin Ju jitsu and the Jindokai, and some of his students came down to Ipswich to show us a variety of techniques in how to deal with guns and knives. We then progressed to stand up attacks and then followed on to ground work. In this part of the session we practised strangles, arm bars and more.
Everybody had a great, enjoyable day and we celebrated with a few drinks afterwards. We have also agreed to hold another seminar at some point in the near future.
