So, today Scott and I had the pleasure of FAST Defence visiting ASF Training in Felixstowe to run a private session for us and a few friends.
We were taken through different drills and looked at the science behind what happens to the body during an attack. There was an insight into a lot of other work and possible scenarios before we got a look at the predator suit used to protect the attacker from the students blows which gives the student a more realistic view of things.
Wayne and Gaz were the instructors on the day and immediately put the group at ease. They also displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge in their field.
It was a real pleasure to have them and from all the feedback everyone really enjoyed the day and i can highly recommend this system.
