I am happy to announce I completed a three day instructor course on the weekend which now enables me to teach the Approach Self Defence methods.
We are looking at bringing courses to ASF training next year for both general public (with a ladies only option) and corporate training.
These courses will be more physical and show you how to hit fast, hard and effective.
